"Called to ask about the damage collision that rental companies have to see if it was in place of full coverage that I did not have. Gina was great! She said I could add full coverage to my policy now and then can cancel after I was back from my trip. This saves me allot on the rental fee! Thanks State Farm!"

"I love working with Randy Peper. Very professional, but when you call DO NOT talk to Carl. He has zero customer service etiquette and an attitude about anything being discussed. Myself and many others have had the same shared experience. I fully recommend Randy Peper, but if you Carl answers the phone, do yourself a favor and ask to speak with another person. The rest of his staff is wonderful and easy to work with."
